Heal Yourself
About Me
For twenty years I have helped people recover from physical issues such as cancer, arthritis, M.S. and other illnesses, as well as heal from emotional issues such as phobias, depression and low self esteem. My highest aspiration is to help you feel so confident and empowered that you can heal yourself from anything blocking your growth. As a Transpersonal Psychologist, Ordained Minister, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Medical Intuitive, I have spent a lifetime training to help others heal. I know I can help you.
A Session
In your healing process I am like a birth coach and you are emerging as an Empowered Healer who can create perfect wellness for your body, mind and spirit. To do this, we co-create in a four-step process during each session. First, I help you to relax deeply. Then using your breath, you visualize traveling inside your body where you feel the discomfort or emotion. Once inside, I assist you to dialogue with what you discover, and if necessary, to remove what does not belong that is causing physical or emotional pain. Finally, you bring in light and energy healing to the area. After the session your job is to follow-through with action to continue your healing.
Results
You can expect to feel better after each session, usually lighter, and with a sense of well-being. In some cases, the symptoms are entirely gone after just one session; in others, the improvement happens in stages, but always with a sense of progress. You can expect to recover completely, if you are entirely ready to let your illness or issue go, if you are ready to embrace perfect health, and with it a life of infinite promise.
